Refurbishment of old stables into a store for boats and gear.
Anticipated results of the project
The club has been running since 1960 and has expanded since then, with visitors to the area now able to use the club’s boats. The new boat shed is only 55 metres from the moorings on the loch which makes storage of boats and equipment much easier. The new shed also allows repairs to be made indoors during bad weather. Having more storage also allows the club to purchase more boats and attract more younger people as members – ensuring its viability into the future.
